Abstract

This case study analyzes the repercussions of the agreement in Extraordinary Appeal No. 1.171.152/SC on access to justice, digital vulnerability and the reasonable duration of the process from the perspective of the Public Defender’s Office as a whole, proposing ways to be thought of in favor of the people assisted by the defense organ.
