Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é avaliar o impacto da criação da Convenção de Budapeste na modificação da legislação penal dos diversos Estados-membros. O surgimento da citada convenção reflete-se como forma de combate à nova criminalidade, advinda de novos paradigmas apresentados no panorama internacional, notadamente no que tange aos delitos informáticos.
