This article deals with a litigation area called Dilma Rousseff Urban Settlement, located at Estrada do Areia Branca, sector 28, block 553, lot 2118, Bairro Novo Horizonte, Porto Velho / RO, has an area of 381,174 m2. The area began to be occupied in a disorderly manner in 2010, but in 2013-2014, it has intensified its occupation, however, since 2009 this area has been destined to the construction of a Sewage Treatment Station in the south zone of the city of Porto Velho ETE-Sul (process nº 00022206820134014100).
