The fundamental health right under the light of publicity right:
some proposals submission from the study of Mato Grosso state situation

This article seeks to demonstrate the problems of service users and possible ways to remedy the disturbances of the public health system, from an analysis of the performance of the health system. It is used as a starting point the situation State of Mato Grosso and raises if the discussion about the right to health, showing this as a reflection of the principle of dignity of the human person, tracing a debate about the importance of the right to health and its developments, among them the right to publicity of acts relating to the management of SUS. With this, the analysis of the principle of duty of advertising laid down in art. 37 of CF/88, with the principles of universality and equality applied to SUS. Finally, analysis of the contrast between the advertising in the queue of the SUS and the privacy of patients, demonstrating how points that at first, seem antagonistic, but can co-exist for the benefit of society.
