A aplicação de um modelo de checklist como metodologia de gestão de riscos na conformidade de registro de gestão no âmbito da Defensoria Pública da União - um estudo de caso

Abstract

The use of the checklist model applied to the Management Record Compliance consists of the certification of the records of the acts and facts of the budgetary, financial and patrimonial execution of the federal public administration bodies. The objective was to prove the adequacy of the model developed as an effective management support tool, in addition to other benefits such as guiding the certification and optimizing the time for analyzing the documents. We sought to investigate the utility of applicability the checklist model as an instrument in the preventive control of the management of budgetary, financial and patrimonial execution, as well as a means to assist in the certification of management record compliance. The methodology used was bibliographic research, exploratory research, with the quantitative analysis of data collected through action research, which consists of the exercise of the activity itself by the conformist of the management record. The route covered was the description of the scenario first without the checklist and then with the checklist, then describing the creation and implementation of the proposed checklist model, presenting real cases in which the application of the model allowed corrective actions in the organization with the respective demonstration benefits obtained after the implementation of the proposed model. Finally, it has been verified that the checklist model proposed and implemented brought favorable results for management and for the sector itself, mitigating the risks inherent to budgetary, financial and patrimonial execution.
